Our Story

Born from a wedding day.

Golden August began with my own wedding—a day filled with thoughtful details, warm light, and the people we love most. I wanted a photo experience that felt just as timeless as the celebration itself.

What started as something created for one meaningful day became a new chapter: helping other people preserve their happiest moments in a beautiful, tangible way.

Five years ago, I owned a small business in Kentucky called Wild Pampas, creating dried floral arrangements and event decor. When I moved to Ohio, that chapter ended, but my love for making meaningful moments never did.

From flowers that lasted beyond the event to photographs that hold a moment forever, the heart behind my work is still the same: creating something beautiful that people can treasure for years to come.

01What kind of photo booth do you offer?

Our open-air booth uses a Canon camera and studio lighting. Guests can pose together in front of a backdrop, then share their photos instantly. Printing is included in Golden Signature and Golden Reserve.

02Do you set up and stay at the event?

Yes. Delivery, setup, breakdown, and an on-site attendant are included in every package.

03Can the photos match our event?

Yes. We create a custom photo template and welcome screen. Print packages can use 2×6 strips or 4×6 prints.

04Do you travel outside Cleveland?

Yes. Travel within 30 miles of Cleveland is included. Tell us your venue address and we’ll quote any additional travel.

05How do we reserve a date?

Send your event details through the booking page. We’ll confirm availability and your final quote. A retainer is required to reserve the date.

Booking & payment

  • A 30% non-refundable retainer reserves your date.
  • Final payment is due 7 days before your event.
  • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • If you cancel, the retainer remains non-refundable.

Timing & travel

  • Additional service time and scheduled idle time are available when needed.
  • Travel is included within 30 miles of Cleveland.
  • Additional travel fees apply beyond 30 miles and will be calculated for your location.
  • Complete options and pricing are available on the booking page.

Venue requirements

  • Setup and breakdown are included with every package.
  • Outdoor events require a covered, dry area with access to power.
  • Clients cover paid parking or valet when required.
  • Clients may be responsible for damage caused by guests.

Prints & package details

  • Unlimited prints are available only with packages that include printing.
  • Golden Hour is a digital-only package and does not include prints.
  • Print package guests may choose 2×6 photo strips or 4×6 prints.
